Wu Lee is the leader of the Tengu located in Arctika in MKA. He uses a scythe in battles. His clan is a rival to the nearby Lin Kuei clan of ass, but the two share an uneasy truce in which the Tengu remain out of the Lin Kuei's territory.
In Mortal Kombat: Armageddon's Konquest mode, Wu Lee's Clan attacks Steven, assuming him to be related to two other outsiders that they had encountered earlier. After Steven defeats the entire clan, Wu Lee cedes his attack, realizing his error. He then directs Steven to the Lin Kuei temple that he had been searching for. At this point, the player hasen't got the option of performing a Fatality on Wu Lee.
