Woopy is a fun little blue cat from South Korea (a native of it) mischief who loves joking around with friends. Particularly those who came from space, like Podong. Although Woopy seems playful on the outside, but he has a tender and very sensitive soul on the inside and hates bullying. Ironically, he also hates fat people and makes fatphobic memes on the internet. Despite that, this cutie-pie of a cat can easily burst into tears whenever he feels emotional. Perhaps he is too emotional.

Once while in California, Woopy came across the TRUZ, a gang made up of alien creatures, sentient objects and cats and he became close with Podong and Romy. They love to get on ice creams together, just like the President and once protested against the Brotherhood of Shadow on the streets together when they protested against religitard bigotry. However, these protested stopped once Shinnok himself threatened to destroy them. Furthermore, it is doubtful if Woopy protested against the Brotherhood (well, Sisterhood) out of religious reasons at all since he is an atheist, so he could just be protesting due to the fact that the members of the cult were all fat.
Oh, Woopy, Podong and Romy also love to play cards together.
