The Waterside Warehouse is a shipping warehouse formerly run by Kyle Stracci, who used it as a front for the Stracci Family's explosives racket. It was known to be under direct competition with his brother, Mario Stracci's factory which was also on the waterfront.
In 2011, the warehouse was attacked by the Corleone Family who gained Croc's allegiance for themselves.
In retaliation for selling out to the Corleones, Croc Stracci was tortured and murdered by Pinkie Pie, Anarky and Tweedledee and his body was sent in a pizza box to the Corleone Mansion as a pizza.
It is unknown who led the warehouse after Croc's death.
The Warehouse was taken back by the remaining Straccis in 2014 and they sent their boy, Frank Desmond, there to operate. In 2019, the DeVazzi Family bought the warehouse from the Straccis and then sent Rudolfo Bellini there to operate.
