Vladimir Papkov was a Russian mobster who was a capo for Mikhail Faustin’s crime syndicate. He is first shown in Grand Theft Auto IV as Roman Bellic’s boss and later on bosses Niko Bellic around. Because Vlad was being such a jerk to Roman, Niko decided to kill him one day. However, it was a big mistake on Niko’s part as Roman tried to tell him but he wouldn’t listen. Niko found out the hard way as he and Roman were kidnapped by Vlad’s Russian Mafia buddies. Vlad liked to smoke cigars, drink vodka, dancing and sniffing coke, slapping and beating hoes plus gamble a lot. He also never really did much, was kind of a MacGuffin for the Bellic cousins and was very overweight at about 6’2 and 246 lbs.
