Vinnie Vulpo is a fan-made Happy Tree Friends character. He is the underboss of the Happy Tree Friends Mafia. He’s also the right hand man of Lippy De Lupo. Just like Lippy, he commands Lifty, Shifty, and Nutty to do dastardly deeds, such as stealing, lying, cheating, and bullying other characters (Lumpy and Splendid in particular).
