Victoria Arkham, better known by her fake aka adopted name of 'Vicki Vale' and also Lady Arkham, is the main villain of the Batman: The Telltale Series, other than Oswald Cobblepot and Harvey Dent. She is also a mentioned character in Batman: The Enemy Within, mostly by folks like The Joker.
She is the fanatical leader of the Stracci Family, which went from on organised crime mob to a revolutionary fanatical stable, and guises herself as an investigative reporter for the Gotham Gazette in order to hide her true colors. "Help me believe, it's not the real me!", begs Vicki.
Biography[]
Vicki Vale was born originally as Victoria Arkham and her real parents were running Arkham Asylum until the corrupted Thomas Ultor and Majore Hill had them both killed for not giving up the darn Asylum to the elite. Obsessed with vengeance and power, she vowed to get even with the Ultors. After the murder of her birth parents, she was adopted by the Vale family and was renamed Victoria Vale. However, these parents and partners brutally abused her and used her, especially in their hell-hole of a basement, where she created the Lady Arkham persona and drank the wine from the nearby whine cellar.
Fueled by fanaticism, fantasy, delusion, illusion, whine and hatred, Vicki joined the now-reformed Stracci Family when the blue (or blue's) boys arrived back to America and became their after Johnny Corleone's assassination, becoming the first female Don in history. The Straccis then became more of a reform group and a bunch of revolutionary terrorists who claimed that their motives were to clean up the corruption in Gotham City, usually by terror and destruction, the whole world ignored them. Vicki's motive was also personal revenge against Mayor Hamilton Hill, Jeffrey Cornet, and Bruce Ultor, and also wanted the people of Gotham to suffer as she did, by spreading chaos throughout the city, while also spitting on the Corleones and woving vengeance against France as well.
She also developed a powerful drug that made people lose their minds and makes them act on their basic impulses, no morals included, no quarter given, while a concentrated dose were to permanently lock them in a mentally unstable state of mind, something the Ultors used on their soon-to-be asylum patients in order to have them locked away and make their insanity look legit.

Together with the rest of Straccis, Vicki stormed Ultor's Manor while Bruce was gone. They capture Alfred Pennyworth, raped him and then gagged him and brought him to Arkham Asylum, intending to lure the Batman there. When Batman turns up, Vicki opens all cells of the asylum, allowing the inmates to roam free. Most immediately attack the Batman, while the Lady flees deeper into the asylum. Eventually, Badman is able to catch up to her and he manages to break her mask into pieces with a single punch thx to his iron gloves. Vicki is saved when Batman is attacked by Victor Zsasz, but moments later, Batman catches up to her again and again. He demands to know where Alfred is and claiming that she will bring Batman to him, Lady Arkham destroys the floor below them with her staff, causing both to drop into an older, abandoned part of the asylum, probably some old basement. Down there, Vicki evades Batman once more. Before escaping for good, Vicki orders Batman to bring Bruce Ultor to her, threatening to murder Alfredy should he refuse.
Further venturing through the old canals, old basement canals, Brucie finds a tied-up Alfred in a chapel-like room, bad ceiling, doe. While trying to cut him loose, removing his gag and cleaning off the sperm, Batman seizes back his butthole but is attacked by Vicki, who quickly gains the upper hand by threatening old Alfred with her staff. Vick notices how Batman talks to Alfred, noticing the caring tone, like son to a father. Vale then tries to find out how much Alfred rlly means to Batman, and so starts beating Alfred up with her staff and kicks him in the groin, almost crushing his junk. Once again threatening to kill Alfred by raping his head off with a Hand Dildo, the Stracci Dones orders Batman to remove his cowl, leaving him with no choice but to submit.
Death[]
Batman complies, yes, and removing his cowl and throwing it to the ground despite Alfred's pleas not to, succeeds in saving his life. While Vicki is shocked to see Bruce's face as is Alfredy, she initially refuses to believe it at first, opens and closes her eyes once, but finally understands, understanding that Bruce as Batman can prey on the weak and defenseless like his father did, before firing her energy staff at Bruce, who quickly dodges the shots, but not fast enough so it was able to take out a small chunk of his right ear and right ballsack. Vicki maniacally laughs before she knocks a bound Alfred to the floor with her staff and pushes is down his bumhole.
An intense fight then ensues in which Victoria attacks with her energy staff - claiming that the only truth left will be in Bruce's death. However, while Vicki mindlessly attempts to murder Bruce she does not realise that she is causing damage to the surrounding structure and the bad ceiling. When Bruce uses her powerful staff against her, Vicki is blasted through a column, causing the walls to crumble, so while Vicki attempts to leave the hall on foot like Ačfred and Badman just did, she is crushed and killed when the ceiling collapses onto her.
A week later after the battle between her and Batman and her presumed death, her body was never found (only her mask and broken staff was recovered) and Bruce wasn't sure if she was dead or alive, but the Stracci Family fled Gotham after her demise, and Bruce himself decided to led them out and led them as the new Don.
