The Ugly Gang is a gang featured in Red Dead Revolver 3dn edition and the original Red Dead Revolver.

Revolver 3dn[]
The Ugly Gang was founded and led by Chris Bailey, and a few gang officers and members such as "Gas", "Corn", Reese, and "Bo". The gang took over Silver Town from the hands of Leg Johnson.
Jack Marston arrives in town during the mission "Silver Town". Marshal Johnson informs Jack that because the Ugly Gang has taken over the town and stolen all of the money, he cannot pay Jack. Some of the Ugly gang members shoots and kills Jack's dog, Rufus, which angers Jack and provokes him to attack the gang, killing them all, as well most of the other gang officers.
"Ugly" Chris comes from the Sheriff's office, and takes Johnson as both, a hostage and a steel shield. After a long battle, Chris is gunned down by Marston and Ugly Gang is no good, more.
Revolver[]
Here, the Ugly Gang was again founded and led by Ugly Chris (logically), but the gang officers were different; Hedgehog Thornton, Chicken, Whiskey Treadwell, Gigolo Hancock and Varmin Kang. The gang ruled over Widow's Palace which they co-owned with Perry's Circus.
In the current timeline, Red Harlow arrived in Widow's Palace during the mission "Ugly Streetfight". Paul O'Grady informs Red that because the Ugly Gang has taken over the town and stolen all of the money, he cannot pay Red the bounty money for Bloody Tom's Gang. One of Ugly boys, Varmin Kang, shoots and kills Red's dog which angers Red and provokes him to attack the gang, killing them all.
Ugly Chris comes from the Sheriff's office, and takes Sheriff O'Grady as both a hostage and steel shield. After a long battle in which O'Grady was injured, Chris is gunned down by Red and the Ugly Gang is no more.
