UNIVERSE-07 was a Universe composing of 9 planets located near the Multiverse Federation and her planets.
All of the inhabitants and species of the UNIVERSE-07's planets had either been extinct or are near the extinction once each planet was merged into Outworld, Never Never Land, Boolos and Orinion, as the UNIVERSE-07 was outside of Multiverse Federation, therefore outside of the Lard's Accords. Some species adapted and mated with the species of the said planets and their breeding was the cause of extinction, maybe. 6 of the planets had their own rulers, while the other 3 were in the same state as the Earth. Or at least how we think the Earth works. Only 4 of the planets' names are known, that being Felucia, Haxan, Calinus and Bardingo. Nevertheless all of the planets were merged into other planets from the Multiverse Federation by power-hungry dictators. 4 of the planets were merged with Outworld by Emperor Shao Kahn (Calinus included), 2 into the Never Land by Shinnok (Bardingo included), another 2 into Boolos by Queen Almeida (Haxan included) and the last one into Orinion by Lord Azazel (which was possibly Felucia, according to Governor Kravendish).
