Martin "Twiggy" Phelps is a minor villain character in Red Dead Revolver.

Twiggy was one of the members of the Ugly Gang under Ugly Chris Bailey, and he caused chaos and havoc on the streets with his friends, Varmin Kang and Mad Bob Larson under the command of Chicken. After Chris and the rest of his gang were killed by Red Harlow, Twiggy had to find another gang to rode in.
Twiggy eventually became a member of Hal's Gang, working under Jethro Greensleeves, and was sent along with most of the gang (including bosses Holstein Hal and Longhorn Luke) by Mayor Griffon to burn down Annie's Ranch.
Twiggy was also known as a bandit who was not particularly good at what he did, but was so skinny that he survived mostly by being a difficult target to hit.
Death[]
Twiggy was eventually killed by Annie at her ranch's barn where he was on the right balcony shooting down at her. She avoided his shots and shot him twice in the head with her Winchester Rifle, killing him quickly (either that or she used her special blast to kill 'im). He was killed about 28 seconds after one of Hal's best men, Dirk.
Showdown[]
Twiggy can be unlocked as a playable character in Showdown by either completing "Ugly Streetfight" on bounty hunter mode or purchasing the straw pipe. His special ability is getting explosive Fire Bottles.
Journal Entry[]
I heard this outlaw had to order his gun belt from the children's section of the gunsmith's catalogue, which would explain its orange, child-like colour. "Twiggy", who can't use a rifle well, misses most of his shots and isn't much of a horseman, managed to stay alive only due to his unnatural thinness for he was as skinny as Smiley Fawler. This man, or boy, was so thin he could hide behind a yucca tree without turning sideways.

- His role in Red Dead Revolver 3dn edition is replaced by Woody Sunshine, hence the similarities between the two criminals.
