Tsar Milk III, was the last Tsar of Universtarland. During his reign, he did a purge against anti-monarchists, which would later be overthrown by Shooky and the Universtars. He also was known for Bloody Sunday, where thousands of the Crunchy Squad died, which reduced it to 365, as well as anti-BT21ic pogroms. After he was overthrown, the Universtars assasinated Tsar Milk III.

- Tsar Milk III is based on a Russian Tsar known as Nicholas II, who was known for his incompetent rule and was a weak king.
