Tito Veldeza is a minor enemy character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.

Nothing is known of Tito's background at all, other than that he is from Argentina.

Tito seems to be the skinniest member of the Diaz Gang. He appears in Little Havana with the rest of Diaz's guys until it's take over in 2009 by Montana Gang. Tito may appear as an enemy during the Joe's leads missions. He can also be talked to if the player has a low gang heat, he usually comments about today's society and how life is actually like; a sad and cruel place for the poor. He appears as an enemy when taking over the Little Havana Storehouse, and as a minor enemy during the mission "Diaz Brothers".
However, due to many of Diaz gang members sharing the same character model it is unknown if Tito was actually killed or not, but it is largely assumed that he wasn't.
Today he still works an assassin for the local mobs or gangs.
