Timothy "Tim" Brain was a Republican City Council member (before the party got extinct) and gambler living in Moonlight Bay in Australia in a middle-class house with his toddler son Robert Brian, ex-criminal of a father, Jesse Brian and black butler, Moses Darena whom he mistreats. He pays the rent at their household while Jesse pays for most other stuff. Tim owned a white Porsche before the Govt. took it away thanks to Scott Morrison's dictatorship and him and his father are rivals with their neighbours: River O'Conner and Leonard Ryan, although they get along a lot better with Ryan than Willy-nilly's daughter River. It is possible Tim is slightly racist and homophobic which would explain his hatred for Moses, William O'Conner and Leo. He is also not a big fan of his son, Rob, and might mistreat him as well. He once kept him locked up in Jesse's garage for a day. Tim is also known to be one of the reasons why his wife died so early, she died of cancer which she presumably got due to Tim's mistreatment and bullying of her. Tim loses a lot of his money in blackjack and that is actually the only game he plays. Despite all of this evil deeds, Tim is quite a literary man and enjoys books while he also runs his own book club. Tim is also rather charismatic, but perhaps less than his old man. At least he was so back when he was in politics.
Brian was a big suck-up to the higher-ranking Luis Basillio and was doing everything in his powers to be seen in his good grace and eventually, become his right-hand-man or yes-man. It should also be noted that both had very similar obstacles with their wives with Luis being divorced while Tim's is dead.
Tim is currently in a starvation state with his father in their own house thanks to Morrison's harsh policies of murdering his rivals in a communist style. Morrison's men also took their TV and cut their water supply, making them unable to shower and stink like a bag of wet meat. Tim is counting his last days here on earth.
