Theo (real name unknown) is a character in Bully, and he works at the Happy Volts Asylum as an orderly. It is possible he is the head orderly or at least second-in-command due to his larger appearance and more of his quotes include bossing people around.
Role in game[]
Theo is actually the only asylum orderly who can be seen during free roam. Inside the asylum, thanks to the player's hallucinations after being high on weed or due to the asylum's fumes and smoke, several instances of him may be on the screen at the same time. He also patrols the Happy Endings Retirement Home for reasons unknown, since it is very well known that he never got the licence for that place and used to harass old women there. He appears in the missions "Finding Johnny Vincent" and "Galloway Away" being a minor issue in the asylum.
Personality and traits[]
Inexplicably, Theo is the only orderly who patrols the mad Asylum and even the retirement home during the free roam and in a very fascist style too. According to him, ever since he started working there he stole drugs from the inmates and consumed them all, leading to many of them becoming violent as ever for not getting their medications. Piggsy once smacked him down the floor for stealing his meds, despite Theo's towering height and also for mocking him for wearing a pig mask. Theo blamed all of these problems on his fellow orderlies, with the exception of Greg, who he saw in a different light for rolling blunts for him. He is also a proponent for exercise and likes watching Latino pornography on the internet, specifically on Pornhub and xHamster.

- Theo is kind of a similar douche at the Happy Volts Asylum as Thomas Limpon is at the Dixmor Asylum. Both also appear to be the head orderlies.
