The most expensive hotel in Mid Town, The Peak was run by Toben Greenwood, who was also a promising mascot for the Barzinis before falling into gambling debt and having his property seized by Moe Green, who built casinos in the hotel basement. Green also sent his associate, Paul Fortunato to keep an eye on business.
For many years the hotel prospered, until a raid on the casino in 2011, which was followed shortly after by the death of Moe Green. Panicked, Paul and Greenwood both gave in to the Corleone Family, who seized the property as their own.
In 2016, The Peak came under the control of the DeVazzi Family.
