The Diablo Mine (or The Devil Mine) (originally The Diablo Mio) is a location featured in Red Dead Revolver in the Perdido region of the Nuevo Paraíso territory.

The Diablo Mine started to operate when Nate Harlow and his buddy Jacques Dixmor discovered gold while prospecting around Perdido in Mexico. However, due to being double-crossed by his partner, Nate and his family didn't have a chance to enjoy washing in the gold from the mine, as the fuelled and corrupt regime of Mayor Griffon and his partner General Diego attacked their homestead.
Since the mine was under the sacred land of the Red Wolf Tribe, their enemies the Black Elk Tribe were provided guns and gold from it to keep the Red Wolves from interfering. Gold from the mine flows up to America to Brimstone through Sunset Canyon and West to Diego's Fort on Diego's Railroad. The entrance to the mine is also watched all the time by the Mexican Army at Diego's Fort.
Today, after all these long years, the Mine is still under control of Jacques Dixmor, but him only, as he was the only one that survived Red Harlow's onslaught on his family's killers.
Layout[]
The mine is large and includes several jail cells for Diego's prisoners and miners and Diego's soldiers can be seen working/guarding at the mines. The area of the mine also includes a supply room and lounge room. The centre of the mine is protected by higher-ranking men of Diego, like Sergio or Ted Bufias. There is also a bridge above a lava pit of sorts which leads to the main cell of the mine. The one where Katie O'Grady was captured. Since 2010/10 AH and many years before, the Mine even got built a large gambling room, where the folks can play High Stakes Poker and a planning room by Jacques Dixmor.

Trivia[]
- The Mine is first referenced from the beginning of the game already, where Nate Harlow tells his family about the discovery of gold with his partner, Jacques Dixmor, who had actually betrayed Nate before even the start of the game.
- In Red Dead Revolver 3dn edition the mine where the two central characters of the game found the gold was actually in Plata Grande also located in Mexico, only in Punta Orgullo, but close to The Diablo Mine. However, Plata Grande mine is nothing compared to the Diablo Mine, really.
