The Continental Club was a social club ran by Fizz Astaire and the Cuneo Family in Little Town. They had such a high opinion of the business that they refused to run any rackets out of it. It was seen as a neutral ground, as such even rival family worker Johnny Trapani considered it one of his favourite nightspots.
Charlie Trapani confronted Astaire at sometime in 2009 and convinced him to pay protection money to the Corleone Family. In the 2013, the Corleones allowed one of their most trusted associates to sell the 'Black Widow' revolver here for 300,000 euros.
In 2017, the Fortunato Regime gangsters took over this club for their family by the orders of Alberto La Ruso.
Recently Scarface became the new Don of Barzini Family and bombed this club up due to his hatred of Paul Fortunato, the family's ex-Don.
