The Compendium of Sobriety (also known as The Sober Compendium) is intended to be the seminal and automatic work on all matters of drugs, be it soft, hard or hardcore, also be it in the state of pills or bottled-drinks. Started by Abigail Peppercorn shortly before the Operation: War against Drug, the Compendium will have about a hundred of volumes as Peppercorn herself is pretty arrogant and she never, ever expects... to die.
She hasn't finished even one book yet, due to Viktor Horrible's forces hindering her progress. However, she has nearly finished her 1st manuscript and has a bunch of servants help her with her works, including Jedidiah Newton.
Some of her faulty ideas will become part of her other volumes, which will included a manifesto in-where she will discuss the creation of drugs, like weed and marijuana, personally and its history and how she is connected to it. She will also wrote in some tactics in political manipulation, the art of negotiation and... the progress of women's rights into the book.
Although she considers her works sacred and top-notch secret, she has permitted some of her more loyal underlings access to her work, like Jedidiah Newton, Matthius Lamprey and George Branson.
When Abigail began to distrust her own husband's wishes and choices in political matters, she withdrew Albert's access to the compendium and he committed suicide out of sadness and loneliness he had to endure as his punishment for objecting to Abigail's orders and having his own opinions.
