The Clowns are a gang of criminals and serial killers that were cut from the events of Sudden Violence for being too lazy to move to Virginia City, West Virginia from New Jersey.
Info[]
The Clowns are a group of mentally insane boys with malicious grins on their faces, either painted or actual ones and most of them (excluding their leader, Matthew Matters) wear blue Michael Myers-like suits with their prison numbers sometimes written on their back, meaning most of them escaped from jail or a mental institution or something. It is unknown how exactly they are connected to the Villain Video Enterprises, and while they might have had some connections with James Stalker, their affiliation to the White Rabbit and his crew is unknown, but it is possible they are working for Sebbane as well. If they were in Sudden Violence they would probably be in it due to the fun of the hunt, laughing and shouting maniacally as they would chase their targets around their abandoned amusement park.
The Clowns are one of the highest-ranking gangs within New Jersey. They are presumably big fans of John W. Gacy, Clown IT, the Joker and Professor Perry.
Stalker once even compared the Clowns to the Smileys even though the Smiles are no doubt the superior gang, the Clowns are not far behind (not in a literal sense, anyway).

Theme song[]
The Clowns' theme is Something Wicked This Way Comes by Nuclear Assault as it describers perfectly what they are; a carnival of hate consuming your mind.
