Jose Carlos Albertos (better known as The Captain) is a minor character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.

The Cap immigrated to Miami from Havana, Cuba and quickly set up his store, the Cabana Cigara with tons of cigars he had since he was young. Most of the immigrants that came to Florida from Cuba were employed as cigar rollers for the Cap.

Jose can always be found managing his cigar store during days and nights to keep it always free. Tony Montana, like with all other front managers, can sell some drugs (especially tobacco and cigs) to Carlos in exchange for good money. During the mission in which Montana takes over the Cigara, Captain tells Tony that in order for him to even buy the freaking store, he needs to find Capp's accountant who ran off with the local thug and wants to take control of the cigar price in Miami. Montana kills her and her thugs and gets back the papers needed to sell the store. A happy Captain sells Montana the entire freaking franchise for $40,000.
After Montana Gang's disbandment, the Captain and his store started working for the Innocentz, the Satanists from Downtown.
