Terry was the leader of the Red Kings in Cottonmouth, West Virginia from 1998 to 2003.

Terry was an American criminal who operated from the Red Light District of Cottonmouth, West Virginia, leading the Red Kings. Obviously by their name you can tell that their main colour is red. The Kings were known to be influential in burglaries around the area. In a cutscene, Terry and Sfinx are seen ripping off a farmer's nose with a pair of pliers. The Kings were also necrophiliacs.
In 2003, Terry was killed by Daniel Lamb at the local basketball court when he was pushed on the ground, had his head and brains damaged badly with the cover of the sewers and he was thrown into the said sewers.
