Rafael Eduardo “Ted” Cruz is a Cuban-American politician from Houston, Texas who ran in the 2016 USA Presidential elections. He would’ve been great as America’s President had he not dropped out too early. He also would’ve been the first Latino President, rivalling the Democrat Julian Castro for the position. He is a conservative as well as Roman Catholic, similarly to Marco Rubio, and his mother is Irish-Italian. Not only does he love America based on the fact that his father moved there from communist Cuba, but he also loves guns, hunting, fishing, and capitalism. He likely goes by Ted based on his middle name but it isn’t confirmed as of present day. In real life he is Canadian.
