The Tattaglia-Altobello Conspiracy was a battle between the Corleone Family, Travonni Family, and Cobblepot Family against the Tattaglia Family, O'Neille Family Deadshot's Gang, Boggel's organized crime ring, Barzini Family and NYCPD.

Corleones, Travonnis and Cobblepots drove in a Yacht boat to a peace meeting between O'Neilles, Barzinis and Tattaglias, with the NYPD preparing to attack Corleones and their allies as soon as they start shaking hands with Don Rico Tattaglia. Paul Fortunato crashed the deal, killing half of Corleone, Cobblepot and Travonni men, Al Neri, who was near, shot Fortunato in chest and injured him. O'Neille boys stole the boat and Tattaglias jump on it and were about to escape. After a lengthy firefight between Barzinis and police against the Corleones and their allies, they fled when they killed most of Corleone mobsters in the Yacht and drove away to O'Neille's new turf; New Jersey. Cobblepot was also shot but survived during this battle. Rico and Altobello were killed by an Sniper Recon Rifle .360 by Al Neri while they were on the boat.
