Stacey can be found at the Babylon Club when the player has gathered enough balls to talk with her. She appears to work there as a dancer of sorts, but after Montana swayed her with his charming ways to live at his mansion, she quit the job at the Babylon and accepted his offer.
Stacey can from then on only be found at Montana's Mansion along with the other girls he brought to his mansion.
