Sixth Freedom was an act to allow everyone in WOLFHOUND to personally create their own Metal Gears and disallow the government from using them. Zero's Patriots and the True Patriots feuded with each other about partially responsible fror the creation and a war erupts. Many people are killed in the Sixth Freedom Act. The Bill is eventually passed.
