Mayor Simon Bennett was acting mayor of Little Town in France City, while the true mayor controlled the city and hold it by it's balls, so to speak. He was also known to have a hand in the running of business at the Savannah Hotel in Mid Town, which he coowned with David Russell.
Death[]
He was killed by Remigio Puricci in 11th of September, 2015. He was shot in the head from a sniper rifle at the press conference, along with Pablo Picasso and Harold Maibatazzu, finally ending Marinas.
