Shooky, was a Iran revolutionary and Universtarian politician. Shooky was known for the murder of thousands of people who opposed against him, partially due to their opposition towards him, as well as their devotion and loyalty to Tsar Milk III.
Biography[]
Shooky was born to a middle-class family in Iran. His paternal grandfather, Mustashu was a baker and a cookie. He became a cookie when he oversaw what happened in Iran.
Once he doned the disguise, he decided to move to another planet, with Lord Farquaad's assistance. They formed an alliance with each other. He travelled to the planet of Orinion, and formed an alliance with Markiloz Ferdo Farquaad, the communistic leader of Duloc City. Lord Farquaad later asked him to move to Universtarland as he got tired of him.
Shooky started to form a revolt against the former Tsarist government ruled by Tsar Milk III. He formed and lead protests and together with 365 peasants, he revolted against capitalism and the Tsar.
He was the general secretary of Universtarland from the years 1920 to 1934. Shooky is best friends with Cooky, who is his deputy and second-in-command. He reborn in 2005.

- Shooky is based on a real person known as Vladimir Ilyich Lenin. The Universtars would have gained similarity to that of the Bolsheviks in Russia. He is also said to be based on Joseph Stalin, due to his purges against political opponents, unlike Dora the Explorer.
- Shooky was a former member of a mafia before he committed "revolutionary activities" against Tsarism.
- He might also have been based on Popé during the Pueblo Revolt in the 1680's, as Popé was a Native American leader who revolted against the Catholic Spanish government and the revolts were both successful.
- He and his 365 cookies, along with the Universtars, worked together and protested against Tsarism, which was ruled by Tsar Milk III.
