Shaggy's Grove is a rich neighbourhood in the city of Miami since all the houses there are mansions. Montana's Mansion is also situated there amongst many other. It is located right next to Little Havana. Ironically, Little Havana is the poorest neighbourhood of Miami. The Grove is owned by Norville "Shaggy" Rogers. It is unknown where Shaggy got the money to open his own neighbourhood, but he could have get it from gambling, selling drugs or flexing his God status.
