- — Sergio Turrera
Sergio Turrera was one of the Barzini family's Spys, and friend/employee of Big Bobby Toro and Tony Bianchi. He is a minor villain in The Godfather Game.
Biography[]
Turrera was a citizen of Mexico, but moved to Europe after being employed as a spy for Tony Bianchi, a lawyer of the Barzini Family in France. He was the one of two links between France and Mexico. Turrera started out as a hitman who was involved in several hit contracts during Five Families Mafia War and did kill many mobsters of the Corleone Family. Sergio was best known for the murder of Johnny Trapani in 2008, alongside Alberto La Ruso, and Turrera was later put out of the spy business for a while after Vito Corleone swore revenge for this man. Turrera instead worked with the FCPD, securing police protection for the Barzinis.
Death[]
- "Sergio Turrera is been trying to pay the cops against us - he's scheduled to make a payment drop somewhere along the Bowery Street in Little Town. You should know the drill by now."
- — Al Neri to Trapani
In 2011, Turrera made a deal with Little Town police chief Jerry Finnigan in a plot to remove the Corleone Family's police protection. Sergio met with the Chief of Police under an arch in Little Town, surrounded by police officers who were secretly on payroll of Corleones, and as Turrera was shaking hands, Charlie Trapani shot him in the head with a Tommy Gun.
