Sergei is a made member of the Faustin Family and appears as a minor villain character in Grand Theft Auto IV.

He is Vladimir Papkov henchman in his regime and works for Mikhail Faustin. He first appears in the mission "Bullsith in a China Shop", having a drink at the Comrades Bar. The second time he appears is in the mission "Clean Gallows", sharing some pills and pot with some druggies outside of the Bar. During "Final Destination", Eric Borlinghathen mentions that Sergei has a friend in courts who knows about a lot of stuff, including the cops tapping the mob's wires.
Death[]
Sergei is killed by Niko Bellic at a bar along with other mobsters who decided to stay loyal to Faustin in the end after Borlinghathen's betrayal.

- He is a very ugly, gutless, poor and useless character. I hate him with a burning passion and prefer Faustin Family's Spy, Andrej, a million times over him.
