Scotty Jones is the owner of Scotty's Biscotts in Old Town in France in The Godfather games. She works as a loyal baker for the Barzini Family.
Biography[]
Coming to France from New York in 2003, Scotty was ashamed to be related to Jerry Jones, a man known for being a 'Little Town monster' and brutal leader of the Little Town Gang. Scotty moved away from him and Little Town as much as possible in Old Town, where she opened a bakery and allowed the Barzini Family to make money off of her business. She allowed the Barzini Underboss, Victor Barzini, to declare himself and his family as the bakery's owners and let her diamond rackets be ran by Sonny-Boy Granzella.
Charlie Trapani eventually took over this business for the Corleone Family about a month after killing Leo Grossi at the bakery, and Scotty and Sonny-Boy began to live in fear of paydays.
Her worries were finally dropped down in 2014, when the Fortunato Regime made her a better offer and Sonny continued to ran his rackets back for the Barzinis until his escape to US in around 2016.
