A butcher store run by Salvatore Cuneo, this business was feared due to Cuneo's reputation as the legendary 'Red Butcher', who's weapons also included meat cleavers. Downstairs, a private room was made in the basement where the representatives, capos and soldatos of the Five Families would meet to discuss private things about drug, prostitution, diamond smuggling and car selling rackets. They would also talk about when to start a new mob war and similar things. Being a Cuneo location, the figurehead of the meetings was usually Elvis Smoth or the Stracci, Jack Fontana.
In 2010, the Corleone Family soldier Charlie Trapani moved to Harepini where he tried to force Sal to pay his protection money to the Corleones instead. Cuneo refused and was killed in return via headshot. His death made the Cuneos very angry at the Corleones and in return they took take part in the assassination of Sonny Corleone a few months later in September.
From that day on, this butcher store had become abandoned.
