- "Hmm, yeah."
- — Runa's common catchphrase.
Runa Fukai (深井 るな, Fukai Runa) is a main character in Shiro to Fukai - White and Obnoxious. She's the deadpan and laid-back whasian daughter of Karen and Akio Fukai, who usually frowns upon her mother's obnoxious, bossy and entitled behavior towards others.
Runa is voiced by Aya Uchida in the Japanese version while Erica Lindbeck voices her in the English dub.
Appearance[]
Runa Fukai is a biracial teenage girl who visibly looks tired, and also shares both her mother and father's features. She possesses a swayback posture, messy Chamoisee Brown hair and slightly thin hazel eyes (two traits she shares with her father). Like her mother, she usually has negative or straight-faced facial expressions (though this is more because she's deadpan) and only shows positive expressions when her mother actually tries to keep her cool, or when is just away from home with her friends. Despite being a teenager, she appears to be taller than her own parents, as she stands at 6"1, while her mom stands at 5"11 and her dad stands at 6"0.
Her attire is similar to Karen's as she usually wears her sleepwear: a white tank-top and black shorts. When going out to places, she wears brown flip-flops with hot-pink straps and wears a black choker with a white pearl charm on her neck.
Runa's appearance is modeled after the creator of the character.
