Ross "Scottie" Harris is the proprietor of Flowers of Scotland in Mid Town. He is a minor obstacle in The Godfather Game.

An immigrant from Livingston, Scotland, Scottie was a gruff and no-nonsense individual who paid his tributes to the Corleone Family until their decline in 2008, when Stracci Family hoodlum Tino Bondsagna took over the backrooms of his shop and seized control of the independent brothel housed there.
In 2010, Harris was brought back under the thumb of the Corleones.
In 2013, Harris was forced to change his allegiance to the Fortunato Regime and in 2019 to the DeVazzi Family.
