Roger Stokoe Dixmor is the current owner and commissioner of the National Football League (NFL). He is the brother of Umberto Dixmor. He is very well-known for being selective, such as by picking and choosing which players to kick out or not to kick out of the league. He's always showing favoritism for the select four teams that are always doing good: Minnesota Vikings, Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots, and Philadelphia Eagles. With that being said, there's a great chance that all four of those teams' owners: Zygi Wilf, the Rooney family, Robert Kraft, and Jeffrey Lurie are puppets of the Dixmor Project.
