Roach's Ghost appears in the final level, as the world has been destroyed, only to find out Santa Claus was the main terrorist. He invades the North Pole with Mactavish, to the last sheet of ice. There with a Candy Cane for a knife and an Elf AK Model take down midgets with 5th disease, and finally assassinated Santa himself.

Made a little after Roach and Ghost are burned, some hobo took the ashes and mixed them with water and drank it, only for it to give him diarrhoea, then when he s**tted, Roach and Ghost were fused together inside the septic tank to form Roach's Ghost.
