Rico "Rock Rugby" Tattaglia was the Don of the Tattaglia Family following the death of his father Samuele Tattaglia in 2011/11 AH. He is a minor villain in The Godfather Game but plays one of the major enemy roles in The Godfather: Control of France City.

In 2010, Rico was attacked at The Tunnel Club by Charlie Trapani who was seeking leads about the death of Sonny Corleone. After pressure was put on Cuneo's wife, he revealed that the Tattaglias were under the thumb of Emilio Barzini. The Tunnel Club was taken over by Trapani just a short while before.
He was known as a veteran of numerous mob wars and a childhood friend of Freddie Nobile. He rose to the position of underboss following the death of Bruno Tattaglia and also shared the position with Johnny Tattaglia.
After Don Sammy Tattaglia's death in the "Baptism By Fire", Rico became Boss.
Rico was then partially responsible for the Vatican City Massacre along with his wicked allies and also played a key role in the Tattaglia-Altobello Conspiracy. He also bribed a lot of cops on his take when in New York City until his and Osvaldo Altobello's deaths.

Personality and traits[]
A cold-hearten veteran and master planner, Rico had been an associate of the Tattaglias since the beginning, joining in his father's mob early. He was known to be virtually unbreakable in an interrogation but was also deeply committed to a Cuneo mistress and would easily break if she was threatened. We don't mean Cuneo's wife by this, but he also did protect her.
Death[]
Rico was killed by Al Neri along with Osvaldo Altobello on June 2013, a few days after the Don's birthday in NY while escaping a Corleone retaliation after they bombed their sausage stand on Ellis Island. He was shot in the head with Sniper Recon Rifle .360, and a few seconds later, Altobello met the same fate. His death was said to weaken the Tattaglia family completely, and they hoped the new don Luigi Tattaglia would step up their game and make them powerful again. He partially succeeded.
Trivia[]
- Rico has the same quotes as the rival family truck drivers (not the important ones with their own pages, but the standard ones who drive trucks around the city), and uses random enemy mobsters' smack talk.
- It can also be seen that he is a religious man according to his quotes and he goes to a Catholic church every Sunday.
- Rico and Altobello's guns killed a lot of Corleone men during late 2012 to mid 2013.
