Richard van Tessel (born May 23, 1944) is an old Bullworth townsfolk from the video game, Bully 2. He is from some unknown small town in South Dakota and of Dutch descent. He is best friends with Robert Anders, another old townsfolk from an also nearby unknown small town in South Dakota. He and Robert have a sense of humor that most students at Dixmor Academy just don’t get. They also both despise video games and like to play chess and checkers. Members of Williams’ Gang tell him and Robert mean stuff like: “Your jokes suck!” or that their time is up and they need to “die already!” Just like many other old townsfolk in Bullworth, he and Robert like to assign Jimmy Hopkins rather peculiar tasks. They are harassed by Williams' gang the most during weekends when him and Robert are outside.
