Ray Scaleri was a gang member of the O'Donnell Family.
Biography[]
Younger brother of Lionel, Ray became a secondary high-ranking enforcer in the O'Donnell mob under Patrick O'Donnell, but he and his brother were eventually arrested.
When they were released, the Scaleris arrived in France City to avenge their boss who had been killed by Freaky Willy. However, "Boom Boom Tradicional" blew up their truck and they died the way they lived - together.
