Raymond "Ray" Hughes is a minor character in Bully, and was a Smith worshipping student and the fattest one at Dixmor Academy.
Role İn Game[]
Ray has no individual role in the game aside from being the only boy who can be seen holding hands with Eunice Pound, another fat student whom he has fallen in love it, but only because of her weight.
Once during lunch, Ray waited with Christy Martin in the school cafeteria for extra sauce.
Personality and traits[]
Ray was the newest and freshest student at the 'Cademy before Jimmy Hopkins arrived, and according to him and his Puppet Master, Gary Smith, is often a target for bullying, mostly by the Bullies and then Williams' Gang. He is very friendly, but seemingly has trouble in making friends, except for that scoundrel, Eunice Pound. He mentions that he buys people stuff so they will be his friend, except for those that are rude to him, like Colt Williams' boys or Russell Northrop's miniens.
Ray has a wild, wild imagination, like some wild American West. He spends a lot of time reading comics and sometimes talks out things he has either read about or imagined, such as he claiming to be an undercover cop trying to bust underage sex slavery run by Hell's Army. He also references Wolverine mean, Richard Hughes and Ma tako ko Jama when fighting. One of his chatter lines is also "They say that kids imitate characters from videogames, but I have yet to become a mustached plumber!". This is a reference to Super Mario. He was hated by Kim Jing Wei.
He also has a fear of rats and The Rat King, who will torture his fat as once he goes to the Never Never Land, awesome. He's one of the few overweight, non-nerd characters in the game (the others being Eunice, Edna Abners, Umberto Hattrick, Mr. Hill, Alphonse Burton, if you will, etc.), but will wet himself when physically bullied like some gutless peasant, similarly to Algernon Papadopoulos, although with Algie it's understandable, given his bladder problems. He's also one of the worst fighters in the entire school, and he knows only to shove. But he usually shoves, most of the times he just runs away from a fight and hides in the nearby trash can or dump container, which is then taken by The Trash Man and Ray gets dumped off at Virgilio Denton's junkyard where he is forced to flee by the Skinz back to the Dixmor Academy. However, he once beat Parker Ogilvie in a fight, altho that ain't canin.
