Ralph James Flossinger is a Capo of Cuneo Family who became one after the death of Ronnie Tosca before the Five Families Mob War. He was the right-hand of the much lower ranked, but still brainier, Scarecrow until Jolly killed him. Now he serves the Joker. Well, depending on the timeline, but yeah.
Biography[]
Flossinger was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, and went to France in 2008 where he was an apprentice of Scarecrow. He became one after joining his "Scare Tour", where Crane made people compete on so he could see who to hire to work as his assistants. Later he was usually the gangster hiding inside of the truck Scarecrow had to drive back to the family's mansion. A pony named Sweetie Belle, who was adopted by the Cuneos, was sent to be a "plushie" for Ralph Flossinger to calm him down - who was at the time only an Assassin in the family. However, despite her youthfulness, Belle was tasked with helping him assassinate a group of gangsters belonging to the Clemenza Crew of the Corleone Family. Sweetie earned around 200 euros that day (which is a lot), mostly because she was adopted while Ralph was still proving himself by beating up and killing several rival gangsters, mostly those who attempted to rob his and Scarecrow's trucks. Belle and Ralph were also send to kill several members of the Belloq Gang that disrespected Marco Cuneo, and were paid for each of these jobs. This event made Flossinger get promoted to a Spy and as expected, he did most of the job while Belle was just hiding. Ralph eventually became a caporegime for the family after the death of Ronnie Tosca.
In 2012/12 AH, The Joker made a deal with the Corleone Underboss turned Cuneo Mole Charlie Trapani and mole Fredo Corleone, evil and eldest brother of Don Corleone, that Joker and a few of his Cuneos (which included Flossinger and Sweetie) would go over to Miami to Oakley's Drive-In Theatre, where Michael Corleone was making a deal with Tone Montana (who was actually on Cuneos' side) to get his drugs and eventually trigger the Little Havana shootout II. After Trapani and Monkey Ass Calamari were killed, Joker and his boys ultimately decided to go back to France by plane in order to escape death and dropped off Montana down at his mansion along the way.
Scarecrow was eventually killed by headshot by a revitalised Joker after he tried to blowjob him and Ralph shed a few tears for him.
To this day he still serves the Joker in France and US even.
