Rafaelo "Rafael" Raza is a minor enemy character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.

Not much is known of Raza's background, except that he is a British man coming from the Falkland Islands.
Interactions[]
Rafael can be seen in the first mission of the game. He assists Sausage's Army in trying to murder Tony Montana during the last chapter of the mission before being killed by SWAT. He can be seen walking around Cayman Islands along with other members of Sheff's troops, and Sandman's Cartel. Rafael may only attack Tony if the latter is hostile towards him or has a very large gang heat, but the player really shouldn't worry about him, as nearby Sandman's boys will take care of Raza. The player can only talk to Raza when he is not hostile and only at Sandman's cabin, however he doesn't reply back to Tony, and we never find out what an actual conversation between Raza and Montana would look like. Raza can last be seen as one of George Sheffield's guards, guarding him in the mission "This Ends Now!", and he can also be seen guarding Gaspar Gomez, though he is killed in the process. The player might also encounter Raza as a random enemy in one of Joe's missions in Miami.
