Quinn Malloy is a frequent participant in train robberies and bank heists in the territories around Texas and West Virginia. He is a loose member of Irish's Gang who prefers to wear a bowler hat over a cylinder hat and hangs out with Winkler's Gang or Roe's Criminals, rather than the Irish boys.
Quinn is also a secret Devil worshipper, well in this case Shinnok worshipper, who burns down churches (allegedly) and rapes priests after gagging them up and tying them.

Revolver[]
The player does not interact directly with Malloy, only as an enemy in the mission "The Train".
American West[]
Quinn makes a brief appearance during the mission "On Shaky's Ground", in which he can be seen with a prostitute inside the hotel, cuddling her and patting her before having shreks.
He can most often be found around Thief's Town, frequently loitering or drinking inside the saloon and around the hotel. Otherwise, Quinn can be found hanging out at the docks and talking to people, usually fellow criminals or grumpy dock workers. He can also be encountered at the Thompson Town gang hideout, though he will be hostile. He can also be seen in Tall Trees having a camp along with another criminal, however they will not welcome the player to join them, but may either shoot at the player on sight, or just ignore him. Sometimes, Quinn can also be found beating up and off the local priest in Gold Town during a nightwatch job. If nothing is done about this awesome situation, Quinn will tie the pedo to a horse and drag him into mountains in Tall Trees where he will rape him to death before stealing his wallet.
