Poppy Lilian McKenna is the owner of Poppy's West Club in The Godfather Game.

Owner of one of the few reputable nightspots in Old Town, Poppy was forced to initiate business with the Tattaglia Family when Tony Jacobs began to make moves on the neighbourhood. Rather than kick up a fuss, Poppy simply bided her time.
Some days after the Five Families Mob War, the Tattaglias' tentative foothold in Old Town began to slip away and Poppy was given a new partner, the far more traitorous Charlie Trapani.
In 2016, however, Poppy was bought out to sell her club over to the Barzini Family.

- It is notable that she, along with Yogurt Malparidiso, is one of the few business owners who will aggressively fight back against the player when they try to extort them, making her much harder to extort than it looks like.
- Amusingly, if the player threatens her with a gun, she may pull out a baseball bat out of her dress, to attack the player's ass and break it in half.
