The youngest cat in the group, Podong, wears a baby bonnet and its mouth is an infinite black hole in style of a uh, Milky Way. Similar to Kirby, Podong can suck and swallow stuff into his mouth, but not as much as Kirby can. Podong is a yellow potato who is a huge foodie with a giant appetite, so you can often spot it (or him) sucking in all the food before even tasting it. However, Podong once suck in one of Queen Almeida's head plates by mistake and she was angry and tried to wipe him out from history as punishment, only to remember that Azazel hid the Hourglass. Almeida then threw Podong down to Earth and as punishment, she sent him to North Korea. However, Almeida mistook it with South Korea so Podong is having a very good time, instead of suffering under Wei Lee Kang's regime.
Podong's baby-like cuteness made everyone want to feed it and throw him treats on the streets. After a while, Podong moved to the United States of America with his friends Yochi, Romy and Woopy. The trio there joined the TRUZ.

Despite their disagreements due to Podong's young age compared to the others, Woopy, Romy and Podong are pretty close in the gang and show brotherly love towards each other, including going to get ice cream together, protesting against Shinnok's Brotherhood of Shadow on the streets together, playing cards together, and happily hug each other. However, they protested against Lord Shinnok only once as they ceased protesting when one of Shinnok's minions threatened to send them all to the Never Never Land if they annoy them again.
It seems that Shinnok is unaware of his mother, Almeida, hating Podong, but it is possible he also doesn't care.
