Plinto Ottaviano was an African-American-French gangster who was a member of the American-Italian Mafia Stracci Family. He was a worker under Leo Grossi, a mob Capo in the Stracci family. In 2010, he was murdered by Richie Pisano, a rival mobster from Corleone Family.
Biography[]
Plinto Ottaviano was born to a French father and a black American mother in New Town. As a young man, he was a robber who robbed a bank once and was arrested at the age of eighteen. In 2008, he joined the Stracci Family and became a worker under Leo Grossi. Ottaviano became connected with the explosives factories, and managed the Stracci businesses across the Garona River in Old Town. He took part in shady deals for dynamite, Molotovs, and bombs, and used Stracci money to sponsor attacks against the rival Corleone Family.
Death[]
On January 2010, a man named Crazy Horse, an assassin in the Corleone family, sanctioned a hit on Ottaviano, which Corleone soldier Richie Pisano accepted. Ottaviano was making a deal with workers in the Old Town Industrial Park when Richie hurled dynamite at him from 100 feet above over a balcony, as Ottaviano's deal was in the train yards some feet below the streets. Ottaviano was killed in an explosion by the dynamite and molotov, and this was a severe blow to the Leo Grossi Regime.
Personality and traits[]
Plinto Ottaviano was a Stracci respected worker. Cunning and dangerous, Ottaviano was one of the most maniacal Straccis (the other being Salvatore Stracci), to the point that he didn't mind death, as long as he took his enemy with him.
