"A sumo? Fighting a sumo? 5,000 pounds of pressure on my skull ain't nuffin'! I could beat one on their best day, hehe." - Philly brags about his fake sumo-wrasslin' 'bilities
Philly (real name: Phillip Cassidy) is a character from The Class of 3000 and is a hip-hop singer from Atlanta, GA.
Info[]
Little is known about his heritage, but he is from Georgia in Atlanta, US and is growing up in a fairly liberal family, despite Atlanta's strong, conservative locale and was raised a progressive christian. He is known to be something of a wannabe scientist and believes in a mixture of both: creationism and evolution. He might have a crush on the Russian-Asian actress Irina Pantaeva, as he usually jacks it off to her when home alone. Though most folk and the other students do not fully understand Philly's many eccentricities, and odd lifestyle choices, such as protesting against fountain water, chair-breaking, protesting against boot-wearing and living the life of a degenerate pigsty, they choose to look past that and see the pure good that resides within him. He plays bass guitar and the double bass in his musical school. He is the tallest kid on campus.
His uncle was killed during Kenson's Dictatorship when he protested against Kenson in one of his churches and almost slapped the preacher. He was then tackled down and executed the other day without trial, leaving Philly to cry for whole two minutes before things got back to normal. He did inherit his air guitar and expensive, Native American-styled canoe anyway.
