Philip Blair was a former Stracci Family racket boss in The Godfather Game who now works for the Barzini Family.

Blair was also one of Mario Stracci's gold distributors and key members, who managed to secretly take over the ramshackle American Hauling Co. without alerting the rival families. It is largely down to his success that the Stracci Family gold racket in Little Town is working effectively.
In 2011, Blair began to steel himself for the inevitable discovery of his racket, but he was unprepared for the attack from the Corleone Family, who raided his warehouse and bought him out.
However, Philip was again forced to change his allegiance, this time to the powerful Fortunato Regime who slaughtered all of the Corleones at his warehouse and took it over once and for all.
