Philip “Phil” Bell (born June 28, 1967) is a mobster who was a lawyer for Vance Borlinghathen’s crime family. He has a nephew named Francesco Gallo who is a spy within the gang. He was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey and is half Italian and half Irish, although his nephew, Francesco is 100% Italian as he’s his nephew from his mother’s side of his family. He can be a bit shady but almost always pays Niko Bellic very well. He ends up leaving Borlinghathen’s gang as we all know that you can never trust a Borlinghathen. It is possible but not confirmed that his nephew left too. Phil Bell is about 5’6 and 167 lbs.
