Peter Pan was an elf from the Multiverse Federation and the first ever dictator (only self-proclaimed, he was never officially given his title) of the Never Never Land, before it became Hell, who lured kids into his humble abode and is only nice to them until they become teenagers. At that point, he kills them and cooks their corpses for breakfast, lunch, dinner, second dinner, midnight eating and late night/early morning eating. He throws the crumbs (their bones) down the lake or river that runs around that skull-shaped boulder.

Peter Pan was born somewhere in some stinking hole in the Multiverse Federation, probably sometime after the battle between the One Being and the Elder Gods, but before their battle with Azazel. He once came to the planet called the Never Never Land, the name meaning it represented a supposed place of fantasy where nothing bad would ever happen, quite similar to the Heavens. However, bad out of spite or not, Pan would make some changes to that island himself. Pan was lonely on the isle, so he send invitations across the planets for people (particularity kids) to come to his Never Land island and have fun. Peter allowed the youngsters to live there with him, but after a while, Pan got extremely bored, around the time they reached teenhood. Peter wanted to try some human meat and feel like how the Gods must have felt when they battle the One Bean, so Peter started killing the teens on his island and eating their flesh afterwards. Though now a cannibal, Peter's bloodlust has only just begun, literally.
Unfortunately for Pan, Captain Hook, Mr. Smee and their pirate crew escaped Peter's clutches and hid outside the island, turning invisible at times even, so Peter wouldn't find them and called themselves the Lost Boys. They were then the only adults in the Never Land. They are actually trying to save the kids because they know what Peter Pan is truly up to as they saw that for themselves whereas John, Michael, Wendy and the other Lost Boys don’t on the other hand, as they haven't been in the Never Land during Pan's reign of terror. However, the true mastermind behind all of this is actually an evil fairy named Tinker Bell, the dom girlfriend of Peter, who simps for her daily. The only reason why she made Peter Pan return Wendy and her little brothers to their home after Pan captured them for her was simply because she knew Wendy was the only thing that could make Peter Pan stop killing people apart from Captain Hook finishing Peter Pan off once and for all, since the Boomer Gods didn't do sith. That wasn’t happening on her watch, of course.

Pan's eventual defeat would come at the hands of Hook, who slit his throat with his hook as Peter was just about to kill another crew of innocent tweens.
Hook and his crew would then leave the Never Land. About a decade later, Kazuya Mishima would be thrown from Heavens into the Never Land and transform it forever.

- Peter Pan is quite similar to both Beezy and Lucius Heinous VII whereas Captain Hook is quite similar to Heloise.
- Interestingly enough, all five of them come from the Never Never Land, except that Hook and Pan weren't originally from there.
- Peter Pan is also somewhat similar to Daffy Duck and Tom the Cat whereas Captain Hook is somewhat similar to Bugs Bunny and Jerry the Mouse.
- Pan was the only ruler of the Never Land before it was transformed, thanks to Kazuya Mishima, and later Shinnok's evil.
- He is the only character to go from an attractive actor to an ugly actor.
- He is not to be mistaken with Pan the Satyr of ancient Greek mythology nor does he have anything to do with him.
