Percy Northwell is a minor character featured in Scarface: The World is Yours.

Percy was born in Mandeville, Jamaica to a middle class family. When he was young, the family moved on Cayman Islands to make a better living. He was the brother of Jeffrey Northwell, a drug dealer working for the Ortega Cartel. In 2011, Percy became associated with the Ortegas after they agreed to save his ass from the CPD on Sandman's behalf, who paid them well. He was put in charge of the smuggling of coke from Colombia to the Islands, running it effectively with a lot of bodyguards.

Percy might appear as a victim/suspect in one of Sandman's leads on the Islands, and must be saved by Tony Montana from the CPD. Percy will also appear as a mobster of the Ortega cartel. He appears as an Ortega only when doing Sandman's leads like all other members. The player can also chat with Percy, as in some leads, he appears as a non-hostile ally, and before doing a mission for him, can be talked to.
